Spoilers Ahead:
Tonight on Brooklyn Nine-Nine, we had a slew of guest stars and a solid story. The episode starts out with a brief montage of a NYPD vs FDNY football game, which saw the return of the Patton Oswalt as the fire chief. The episode's main stories are Santiago potentially taking a job at Major Crimes with the Vulture, and Holt and Terry trying to increase office efficiency. The captain and Terry were using all the workers habits against them to make them more productive. This story involved a few good bits such as Holt crying at the data use in Moneyball, and Boyle's hatred of the toaster. I also enjoyed Terry comparing Holt to Icarus. The plan eventually backfired on them. As for Santiago and Peralta, we got to see their relationship grow a little more. Amy has a potential job at Major Crimes, and Peralta tries to convince her not to take it, because he is starting to like her a tad. Along the way, they run into Adam Sandler and Joe Theissman. This was a hilarious part of the episode. Maybe they will bring Sandler and Theissman back again. Santiago admitted she didn't take the job, albeit after she listened to Jake give her his support and compliment her. The have a nice rapport and I hope they continue the relationship on this path, because I think it works naturally. A solid episode for Brooklyn Nine-Nine.
