Spoilers Ahead:
Tonight's episode of Arrow was the best since the return from hiatus. The one bad thing about this episode was the flashbacks, and not that I didn't enjoy seeing the Lance family act completely different than we are used to, but it just didn't really add much to the story. Now onto the meat of the episode. We have a very epic introduction to Nyssa al Ghul when she shows up at the airport, gets recognized by A.R.G.U.S., and then proceeds to beat everyone into the ground. One thing I did not see coming was her relationship with Sara. I expected her to be just a very important lackey to Ra's, but she actually came to win back Sara. Which I guess makes since when Nyssa is the only friend she had off the island, that we know of. Nyssa wants Sara to come back to the League, but Sara doesn't want to be part of it. This leads to Nyssa taking drastic measures to get Sara to come back. When Sara goes to save her family, she also has a back-up plan to refuse the League. This infuriates Nyssa, and it leads to one of the most epic fight scenes I've seen on Arrow. At the end Laurel sees Sara alive again and isn't as happy as we would expect her to be to see her sister. This is due to the realization that Sara "stole" her life. Laurel is still fairly unlikable, but at least she is given something to do that actually contributes to the story. Meanwhile, Felicity confronts Mrs.Queen about Thea and her father. This shows the more scheming side to Moira that we saw in season 1. I loved the scenes with Moira. Watching her play an evil foil to Felicity was amazing. Felicity eventually tells Oliver about this, and watching Ollie confront Moira gave me chills. He basically said you're not my mother anymore. This was a beautifully acted scene. Just fantastic. This was one of Arrow's best episodes, and with rumors of big reveals on the horizon, I am excited.
