Harry Knowles has reported from 2 sources that Jack Reynor (Transformers: Age of Extinction) has been cast in the upcoming Star Wars film. Take it with a grain of salt, though, until we get an official confirmation from Disney. If he is cast who do you think he is playing? He looks like he could be a son to Han Solo or Luke. What do you think if he is cast?

Disney has promoted their 'All Hail the King' short a bit more this week. We have another clip from the short that releases next week when Thor: The Dark World arrives on DVD February 25th. The day a lot of us have been waiting for is finally here. Tonight we will be getting our first trailer for 'Guardians of the Galaxy' on Jimmy Kimmel. In the meantime, Marvel has decided to give us a little sneak peek at what to expect. A blooper reel for The Lego Movie has been released today. It is pretty funny. Well JARVIS has been cast as Vision. It will be interesting to see how the use Vision in the film. Obviously they could use him as Ultron's crony, or they could have him change from a bad guy to a good guy. I am also curious to see if this is a new version of JARVIS. I mean this as JARVIS actually gets a body, albeit cyborg body. Maybe Tony Stark gives JARVIS a physical appearance. Heck they could even set-up Vision to take up Iron-Man's spot on the team. SO many possibilities on the way they could use him. In the meantime, here is a potential costume description. It has a helmet akin to the Iron Man armor, but it’s designed more like a face than a smooth Stark helmet. The iconic yellow and green are present in the design, but it’s more metallic shades than bright ‘comic book colors.’ They said it reminds them somewhat of the T-100 from Terminator 2 but it’s not as shiny. The yellow metal “liquid” bits seem to light up. This may or may not happen since there are two designs for that section. One lights up the other doesn’t. That’s the only difference. The cape is present, but they say it appears to only “pop out” when in flight mode. The cape sports some similar shades of yellow as the body. The “neck pieces” are the same yellow but they seem to shift positions from “standing” (for lack of a better word) to “flight mode.” Details on The Avengers sequel have started to emerge online, due to it starting production in South Africa tomorrow. Apparently Johannesburg will actually be Johannesburg in the film and that what is being filmed will actually be the first 10 minutes of the film. This came from the city's Gauteng Film Commission which said it will be Johannesburg instead of a double for Los Angeles. This seems to crush the hopes of fans thinking it may actually be used for the nation of Wakanda, otherwise known as Black Panther's home. It is possible that they will drop hints toward it. ComicBookMovie brought up an interesting point about what they could be filming. It was said that it could be the rumored set-up for Baron von Strucker, Quicksilver, and Scarlet Witch. In a recent interview, Gary Oldman said he was approached by Disney for a role in the upcoming Star Wars film. He was tight-lipped after that, though, with no other information coming out. I would love to see him in Star Wars. He has been solid in just about every movie franchise he has been in (Batman, Planet of the Apes, and Harry Potter). I'm interested to see what role he is up for. There has been a big drop of information regarding Lex Luthor and his role in the Man of Steel sequel. Before we continue these are potentially MAJOR SPOILERS. Also they are allegedly from the first draft of the script and not the rewrite that Chris Terrio is doing, so all of this could change. Here we go: For starters, let’s get this out of the way immediately: Lex Luthor is BALD. His head is shaven to be exact. But that is not all. He has another physical trait. You see, Lex Luthor is also into body art and has a detailed sleeve tattoo of the Metropolis skyline on his right arm. Lex is also the richest man on the planet who became a self made billionaire at 18. Lex is currently the CEO of Lexcorp who is one part tech genius, one part ruthless business man and two parts Metropolis street tough. Yes, street tough. There you have it. That is some major info regarding Luthor. As Screenrant brought up, though, this seems to go against the ties to The Dark Knight Returns, what with Batman intrigued by Superman. May 6, 2016 can't get here first enough.
It has been rumored that Jesse Eisenberg will be playing a much younger version of Lex, obviously. It seems, however, that they want to make him and Clark Kent childhood friends. It was also said that both Adam Driver and Joaquin Phoenix met about the role, but neither could do it for one reason or another. Warner Bros is also said to be working off a very narrow shortlist for actors. Below are the Super Bowl trailers for Captain America: Winter Soldier, Transformers: Age of Extinction, and The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
